What is the Mindfulness Challenge?

This challenge is designed to introduce tennis players to the transformative power of mindfulness and meditation. Over the course of 30 days, you’ll engage with guided lessons and practices to help you:

  • Stay focused and calm during matches.

  • Manage stress and bounce back from mistakes.

  • Move towards “flow state” for peak performance.

  • Bring greater awareness and presence to your game—and your life.

 

Mindfulness is more than just being present—it’s about aligning your body and mind to perform at your best. As you build these skills, you’ll notice their impact on and off the court.


What’s Included?

You’ll receive 15 lessons delivered via email every other day, giving you two days to absorb and apply each one. Each email will include:

Themed Lessons and Reflections to Strengthen your Game
