What might be a helpful way of being in the moment? We call this an intention. What might be helpful and useful to you and to others around you?

Being brave and confident? Patient? Forgiving and understanding? Kind and helpful?Grateful and appreciative? Loving?

And maybe notice how your intention makes you feel from within?

More examples of intentions:

  • To be present

  • To be helpful

  • To be your own best friend

  • To work hard

  • To be kind

  • To be understanding

  • To see goodness

What would happen if you were to focus your attention on your intention frequently?What if you made a commitment to your intention? A commitment is our willingness to do something over and over again.

What if you were committed to your intention? Could this change how you experience things in your life? Could it change how you see your world?
