A Meditation inspired by Mr. Rogers….

It is said mindfulness has two wings. First is the wing of awareness, an honest recognition of what is happening now. But mindfulness is more than just awareness. It also asks of us for the appropriate response which is a response from the heart with kindness and care, thus the second wing.

May we all be well and take the next loving action from our hearts.
