What an honor to be asked to share the practice mindfulness and how can it help us in these times we find ourselves in now. In this talk, we define mindfulness and how it can be an essential piece of self care. We reflect on our own personal anchor (ways of feeling more ground in the our moments), the power of choice, and the fundamental fact that we are in this together and will get through this together.
