In this guided meditation, you will be invited to let go of your day, your thinking, judging, wishing it was different mind and just rest with your breath; bringing your full attention to your breath so that all the “other” stuff in your life disappears for a moment; allowing your nervous system, your whole system to rest and relax; and then closing with a few moments of appreciative awareness. May you enjoy and feel rejuvenated.
