Basic Relaxation Meditation
In this guided meditation, you will be invited to let go of your day, your thinking, judging, wishing it was different mind and just rest with your breath; bringing your full attention to your breath so that all the “other” stuff in your life disappears for a moment; allowing your nervous system, your whole system to rest and relax; and then closing with a few moments of appreciative awareness.
