When we believe ourselves to be the wave who forgets we are too still part of the vast ocean, we can stop and pause… step back and remember a wider perspective. We can choose spaciousness and presence. We can choose to see our connection, our oneness, our interdependence. We can remember and connect to something bigger than just our small separate self. We can remember our true essence, our true nature that rests in the center of our chest.
